- November: B2Gnow and Microsoft successfully complete a comprehensive security and code review of its system.
- November: B2Gnow commences negotiations with two of the largest cities in the United States, both planning to use all modules.
- October: B2Gnow moves into a larger office to accommodate its growing team. In 2006, B2Gnow's team tripled in size.

- March: Houston Airport System begins using the concession compliance component of B2Gnow's Diversity Management software to track ACDBE revenues for Intercontinental and Hobby Airports.
